The course also gives an overview over the latest Ethernet EFM and CFM Protocols for Operation, Administration and Management (OAM).
The participants know the Ethernet protocol functions, the protocol layers and their properties. They learn the network element functions of a hub, switch and bridge and the Ethernet management principles. The training course makes extensive use of practical work and protocol traces for trouble-shooting purposes.
